• Stay requirements: Some dates require a

• Full payment at the time of booking.
• Sleeps 14 guests. An additional fee of $50 per person, maximum occupancy is 20.

• Primary renter must be at least 21 years
old to book.
• $100 cleaning fee.

• No pets, No smoking/vaping — our home is kept allergy-friendly.

• Guests who cancel 7 – 14 days before
check-in get 50% back. After that, their trip
s non-refundable.
