Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability and cleaning schedules. Please reach out in advance.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 7 beds, plus an additional sleeper sofa.

Is there additional sleeping space?
Yes — there is a sofa sleeper located in the main-floor living room.

Are the bedrooms on multiple levels?
All three bedrooms are located upstairs, with the sofa sleeper on the main level.

Is the home better suited for couples or families?
The home is well-suited for couples, groups, and families. It offers comfortable shared spaces for gathering, private sleeping areas when needed, and a wide variety of activities both at the home and nearby.

What is the maximum number of overnight guests?
The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 overnight guests. Larger groups may be considered upon request.

Are daytime visitors allowed?
Yes, daytime visitors are welcome. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have more than 20 people total on the property at any time.

How much parking is available?
The Riverfront Sunset house features a private, extended driveway with ample space for boats, watercraft, snowmobiles, and ATV trailers. Guests have parking for 6+ vehicles, with additional street parking available as needed.

Pets & Smoking

To help keep our home allergy-friendly, we do not allow animals, smoking, or vaping inside the home or the garage entertainment space.

Is the home accessible in winter?
Yes, the Mississippi Riverfront Sunset House is accessible and enjoyable year-round, with each season offering something special.

Is there access to ice fishing, snowmobiling, or hunting?
Yes, the home is located near excellent fishing and hunting areas and is surrounded by snowmobile and ATV/UTV trails that wind through the bluffs, wooded areas, and open countryside of the Buffalo City area.

Is the dock available year-round?
The private dock is seasonal and available spring through late fall, depending on river and weather conditions.
